Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.

Job Title : Travel Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Location : Sturgeon Bay, WI

Contract Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : 12-Hour Nights | 36 Hours per Week | Rotating Weekends

Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct patient care and monitor residents’ health status.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and transfers.
  • Perform blood glucose checks and administer insulin as needed.
  • Document patient information accurately in accordance with facility standards.
  • Respond to resident needs promptly and with compassion.
  • Support dementia residents with patience and understanding.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure quality care and safety.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies.
  • Participate in shift reports and ongoing care planning.

    • Requirements :

  • Active RN License – Wisconsin or Compact State License required.
  • BLS Certification – American Heart Association (AHA) required.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility .
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to provide compassionate and dignified care to elderly residents.
  • Must be comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility support.
