Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Environmental Geologist / Scientist to work on challenging environmental projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage reports in compliance with Illinois LUST and Site Remediation program regulations
Conduct site investigations and prepare technical reports, including Site Investigation Plans and Corrective Action Plans
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies regarding LUST site assessments and corrective action plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of related work experience with Illinois LUST reporting and compliance
Strong working knowledge of IEPA LUST regulations
40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
