UX Designer

A company is looking for a UX Designer to shape user experiences across its enterprise software suite.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the UX design of product features from concept to delivery, producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications

Translate technical and business requirements into intuitive user experiences that support complex workflows and data visualizations

Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and improve overall user workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, or a related field

5+ years of UX design experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise or storage software platforms

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX work for complex applications, focusing on usability and accessibility

Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure

Familiarity with frontend development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, ARIA roles) to ensure design feasibility and accessibility
