Our client is seeking a Director of Finance & Accounting to lead core accounting functions and drive process improvements that ensure financial integrity and support transformative work around the world.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and mentor a small team overseeing accounts receivable and payable
• Own day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and payroll entries
• Optimize and manage key finance systems (NetSuite, Coupa, JournyX)
• Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial processes with operational goals
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with actionable insights
• Identify and implement workflow efficiencies and system enhancements
