Pediatrician (New grads are accepted) - South Bend, IN
A mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join a well-established outpatient practice serving underserved communities in Southern Indiana. This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate provider committed to improving children's health and well-being in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Practice Highlights :
- 100% outpatient practice
- Join a supportive team including two physicians and two nurse practitioners
- Manage approximately 18-20 patients per day
- Team-based, collaborative care model
- Integrated Behavioral Health services onsite
- Flexible full-time schedule with optional four-day work week
- No evenings or weekend requirements
- Closed on major holidays
- 35 patient-facing hours per week
- Use of eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical records system
