The USBCDE Compliance Manager is responsible for managing compliance and performance reporting for USBCDE's portfolio of Federal and State New Markets Tax Credit investments. Compliance Manager will report to Assistant Director, USBCDE Asset Management, and collaborate with the Asset Management Team. Key responsibilities include :

• Understanding and adhering to treasury regulations, CDFI Fund guidance, allocation agreements, and USBCDE policies and procedures.
• Maintaining compliance with federal and state tax credit programs by preparing and filing required reports to applicable program authorities.
• Managing deadlines and engaging with internal and external customers to collect, review, and input required data.

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Pay Range : $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
