Lead Pre-SIU Adjuster

A company is looking for a Lead Pre-SIU.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership support and assist with team oversight and case assignments

Facilitate onboarding, training, and mentorship for new Pre-SIU Adjusters

Conduct investigations into suspicious claims and prepare detailed documentation

Required Qualifications

Minimum three years of auto claims handling experience, including one year in fraud-related investigations

Demonstrated ability to mentor and train peers

Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience in quality review of investigative files

Familiarity with fraud indicators and investigative techniques

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
