Volunteer Resources Assistant

Job Description :

We are seeking a passionate and organized Volunteer Resources Department Assistant to support the mission of Womenful Voice. In this role, you will assist in managing volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement efforts, helping to create an inclusive environment for all volunteers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new volunteers.
• Support the coordination of volunteer training sessions and workshops.
• Maintain volunteer records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Help organize volunteer appreciation events and recognition programs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop resources and materials for volunteers.
• Provide general administrative support to the Volunteer Resources Department.
