Primary Responsibilities

The position is based at Leidos' main campus in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will work with executive leadership, program managers, chief engineers, technical teams, business development, and other functional areas within the Leidos organization to :

• Ensure the effective and efficient execution of both new and existing programs across a diverse range of Department of Defense customers and contractors.
• Provide leadership in cultivating a talented engineering team, mentoring junior engineers to become strong contributors and future leaders.
• Direct the technical maintenance and enhancement of software and firmware for radar and electronic warfare sensor systems, focusing on real-time architectures and signal processing algorithms.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships and build new connections to expand our client base.
