Description

• 24HRS / WEEK - 2x12hr shifts

Must be proficient & experienced from patient check in to pre / post care to discharge.

Care Management Type(s) :

Demonstrates clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process. The RN must assess and identify patient problems / needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.

Speare OB Unit can manage High-Risk pregnancy management, including (but not limited to) : Preterm Labor

High blood pressure

Diabetes

VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean Section)

Prenatal testing

Amniocentesis

Childbirth education classes

Requirements Current OB / L&D experience

CAH experience strongly encouraged

PP, MB & lactation experience

Apgar testing experience
