About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 40 hours, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience required

License : Driver's License and proof of Insurance

Certifications : BLS

Must-Have : Homecare Homebase experience required; IV, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, OASIS, and case management skills

Description :

Territory includes various cities within a designated area.

Teammates are required to complete a minimum of 6 visits a day, which may include routine visits, discharges, recertifications, reassessments, and other required visit types.

Mileage is reimbursed weekly.

There is no maximum mileage limit to drive, with the average being 60-80 miles a day.

Patient types include those with chronic diseases, requiring wound care, IV therapy, pleurx management, and wound vac care.

Clinical support is available from departmental leadership, schedulers, managers, and peers.

Equipment used includes phones and electronic medical records software for documentation and communication.

Visits are scheduled with patients the day before planned visits.

Cancelled appointments do not count towards visit equivalents, with a requirement of 30 visit equivalents per week.

A company phone is provided for documentation and communication.

Teamwork and collaboration are emphasized within the department culture.

Candidates with experience using IV pumps, specifically CADD systems, are preferred.
