A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer (L2 / L3).
Key Responsibilities
Own complex L2 / L3 escalations end-to-end and protect Product Engineering from interruptions
Debug issues across HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 flows, investigating latency shifts and anomalies
Proactively monitor accounts and convert recurring issues into automated solutions and runbooks
Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 proxy flows over TCP / UDP
Strong grasp of DNS resolution paths and TLS negotiation mechanics
Experience with ClickHouse SQL on large traffic datasets
Comfortable in Linux and running production incidents
Strong written and spoken English skills
