Primary Responsibilities :

• Manage a continuum of high-quality care within your care team
• Address chronic diseases and disorders
• Review patient files, including allergies, medical history, and immunization records
• Record and analyze patient information
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and analyses
• Diagnose patient conditions based on findings

Required Qualifications :

• Unrestricted licensure in New York or an application submitted
• Residency-trained with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active DEA License or willingness to obtain before starting

The salary range for New York residents is $256,997 to $364,843 per year, based on total cash compensation at target. Actual pay mix of base and bonus varies based on experience and performance. Pay considerations include education, work experience, certifications, and more.
