Location : Bloomfield Hills, MI (onsite at least 3 days per week Tues / Wed / Thurs)

Pay rate : $30-35 / hr.

Eventual Salary : $60-70K+ DOE

One of our non-profit clients is looking for a Graphic Designer / Art Director to join their team for an ongoing freelance role with the potential for contract-to-hire.

This Graphic Designer will be part of the in-house marketing team and report to the Director of Marketing Operations to deliver creative assets that advance the non-profit's mission and marketing communications.

The Graphic Designer should be comfortable managing a high volume of projects with the support of a strong marketing team, proactively chasing down the content and approvals needed to keep work moving, and able to shift gears quickly when priorities change.

Ideal Graphic Designer candidates will have :

• At least 3+ years of agency or in-house experience as a Graphic Designer, Art Director, or Production Designer
• BA degree in graphic design, art, or relevant field
• Fully proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Adaptable, collaborative, and positive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Appreciation for organization's mission and role in the community
