Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Trial Preparation : Conduct legal research and case assessments; draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents; organize case files, exhibits, and evidence; assist with discovery requests; coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Trial Support : Prepare trial binders and exhibits for courtroom presentation; assist during voir dire and jury selection; manage trial logistics and coordinate with court personnel; handle exhibits and manage transcripts.
• Post-Trial Activities : Support attorneys with post-trial motions and appeals; archive case files and trial materials; communicate with clients on outcomes and next steps
