Job description2024 Top Workplace Award - The Minnesota Star Tribune 2025 Top 200 Workplace Award - The Minnesota Star Tribune $21 per hour ($17 while in training) Tier 1 Availability - 15-19 sessions each week (10 - 13 hours / week) Tier 2 Availability - 20-34 session each week, Mileage reimbursement up to $75 / month, Health insurance contribution up to $75 / month, 6 days PTO accrual and CPR Certification (14 - 22 hours / week) Tier 3 Availability - 35+ session each week, Mileage reimbursement up to $150 / month, Health insurance contribution up to $150 / month, 10 days PTO accrual and CPR Certification (22 - 25 hours / week) Must be at least 18 years of age Your own reliable transportation Valid drivers license Passion for positively impacting young children Available on a consistent, weekly basis We operate all year-round conducting sessions at childcare centers, recreation centers, public parks, soccer clubs, and elementary schools. Flexibility and willingness to work with your schedule. Hours of operation Monday through Friday (8AM-7PM) and Saturday (8AM-1PM) Serves the West Metro Area - Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Edina, Excelsior, others.

Soccer Shots Twin Cities is the premier children's soccer experience, and our goal is to positively impact childrens lives and be every childs favorite day. We accomplish this goal by using our engaging childrens soccer curriculum (ages 2-8) with a focus on character development. Though we continue to grow, we are still a family business at heart. We treat our employees like a team and the children we coach like our own.
We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management . We provide high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer. Apply today and be the coach every child remembers!
