All About ABA, LLC is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals and families in need. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by working along side a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors through Central Reach
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy
Requirements
RBT certificationHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferredExperience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseBenefits
