Position : Emergency Department RN – Pediatric Focus

Job Summary :

Provides care for pediatric patients in the Emergency Department, handling a variety of trauma and emergency situations. Quickly assesses and prioritizes patients with physical and mental health needs, delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess and manage pediatric patients in urgent and emergency situations.

Prioritize care based on severity of injuries and medical conditions.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.

Float within the facility to similar units as needed (PICU, NICU, Triage, Tele).

Shift & Schedule :

Hours : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM, 3×12-hour shifts

Weekends : Every other weekend required

Holidays : Required

On-Call : Not required
