Design Director

A company is looking for a Design Director - FDE.

Key Responsibilities

Lead human-centered design and innovation programs through rapid proof-of-concept and prototyping activities

Mentor and empower a team of designers to enhance their skills and creative impact

Collaborate with stakeholders to transform complex problems into actionable design solutions

Required Qualifications

BA / BS in Human Computer Interaction, design, or relevant field, or a High School Diploma / GED with 10+ years of design experience

10+ years of experience in design, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing designers

Demonstrable experience in creating digital experiences in regulated industries, such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals

Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners

Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
