Maintenance Worker

As a member of the Morongo Basin Healthcare District (MBHD) team your mission is to improve the health and wellness of the communities we serve. You are responsible for your safety and the safety of patients, visitors, and coworkers. You will be required to interact with patients, the public, co-workers, and management in fulfilling your mission. Duties

• Perform plumbing, electrical, building repair, and general maintenance
• Make minor repairs on toilets, water fixtures, plumbing, and clogged drains
• Perform building maintenance requiring basic carpentry, painting, plastering and other related duties
• Works with outside contractors for repairs and maintenance that do not fall under "routine"
• Perform safety rounds monthly, maintain fire extinguishers, change filters, and assist with fire evacuation drills
• Perform product assembly, office moves
• Document all repairs, maintenance, safety / security rounds, incidents, or other items of note
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
