A highly respected local General Contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to join their growing team! They have a backlog of local and regional projects and need a Superintendent ready to go where needed to complete these highly esteemed projects. Superintendent Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• B.S. in a Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding those policies and procedures
• Ability to supervise Field Employees and Subcontractors on a project
• Extensive knowledge in construction processes that aid in completing projects on time and within budget
• WE NEED SOMEONE East of the Mississippi. They don't like having to mess with PST travel with their people, and all of their projects are that way anyway
• Projects over $50M+- Warehouse, Manufacturing, Food Processing, Cold Storage, Large Complex Lab Facilities
• Concrete Tilt-Wall is important!!!
