About The Position

Looking for a refreshing assignment in the heart of Colorado’s high country? An outpatient Occupational Medicine clinic in Frisco, CO  is seeking a  Level 2 Certified Physician  to support our dedicated APP and help  close work comp cases, perform DOT physicals, and conduct impairment ratings . This opportunity offers  8 shifts / month  with  flexible scheduling , breathtaking mountain views, and a  collaborative care environment .

Start Date :  August 18, 2025

End Date :  October 31, 2025 (potential for extension)

Schedule :  8a–5p with 1-hour unpaid lunch

Shifts :  8 per month (spread throughout the month)

Setting :  Outpatient clinic (non-hospital-based)

Location :  Frisco, CO

💵  Compensation Package

Hourly Rate :  $150 / hr

Orientation : Paid

Holiday Rate :  Paid

Travel & Lodging :  Complimentary & coordinated

Malpractice :  Comprehensive coverage included

🩺  Core Responsibilities

Close workers’ compensation cases

Conduct DOT physicals and impairment ratings

Perform M164 evaluations

Collaborate with in-house APP and MA

Document using  EPIC  EMR (training provided)

🔍  Must-Haves

Board Certification  in Occ Med, FM, EM, IM, or Ortho (or BE ≤5 yrs post-training)

Level 2 Workers’ Comp Certification  – REQUIRED

DOT Examiner Certification  – Strongly Preferred

CO License or IMLC  – Must obtain before start

DEA & BLS (AHA)  – Required for credentialing

Clean malpractice / background  – Preferred

You’ll complete EPIC training modules and virtual sessions  prior to start . Details will be provided upon acceptance.

You're an experienced physician with  current Level 2 Work Comp cert , ready to jump into a  fast-paced clinic  setting and deliver thorough occupational health assessments. You're  comfortable collaborating with an APP , and enjoy structured, weekday-only assignments.
