Employment Law Attorney

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a Boston boutique firm in their search for a mid-level employment attorney to work with them on a direct hire, hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, located in Boston and meet the following requirements :

• At least three years of prior employment law experience.
• Strong academic credentials and previous law firm experience are required.
• Experience assisting with or managing all phases of litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery, performing legal research, drafting motions and briefs, taking and defending depositions and preparing for hearings, mediation and trial.
• Firm offers a collegial environment, with an opportunity to develop trial skills.
• A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
