Lockwood Distilling Company is looking for a Culinary Operations Manager to lead and elevate kitchen operations across our three restaurant locations — Richardson, McKinney, and Garland. This role is responsible for food consistency, quality, efficiency, and training across all Back of House teams.
You’ll oversee everything from menu execution to vendor management, while helping us build scalable systems and standards. The ideal person is hands-on, thrives in organized chaos, and knows how to lead teams with both structure and passion. A plus if you know how to roller blade and play ping pong (not at the same time).
