Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Control Programmer Service Technician to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced programming skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-end residential  projects, where attention to detail and craftsmanship are paramount.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement custom control system programming for luxury smart home installations, utilizing platforms such as Crestron, Control4, and Savant.
  • Collaborate with clients and designers to translate project requirements into elegant and intuitive control solutions.
  • Conduct thorough system testing and commissioning to ensure flawless performance and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt resolutions to maintain system functionality.
  • Assist with system installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to clients and end-users, empowering them to maximize the potential of their smart home systems.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our service offerings.
  • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in control system programming, with proficiency in Crestron, Control4, Savant, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Crestron  and Control4 Certified Programmer) and industry credentials preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening and weekend work schedules.
