Job description

Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Frisco, Colorado.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Radiology Technologist

  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours
  • Employment Type : Travel

Job Duties

  • Perform high-quality diagnostic radiology exams per physician orders
  • Follow ALARA and radiation safety practices for patients and staff
  • Position and assist patients during imaging procedures
  • Educate and prepare patients for exams; respond to physical / emotional needs
  • Administer IV contrast as required
  • Monitor equipment and report service needs; maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Accurately document procedures and input charges / data
  • Communicate with physicians, staff, and students to support patient care
  • Assist with patient transport and workflow efficiency
  • May be assigned to cover other modalities as needed
  • Float to other CommonSpirit facilities within 60 miles if required

    • Requirements & Qualifications

  • ARRT(R) certification – Registered Technologist, Radiology
  • BLS certification – American Heart Association
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a radiologic technologist
  • Knowledge of general radiography, surgery, and trauma imaging
  • No on-call required
