Cdl Driver / Warehouse Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for a CDL Driver / Warehouse Technician at our Orangeburg SC facility. In this position you will use company tractors to transport materials, verify loads against shipping documents for accuracy and load / unload materials from trailer.
What You'll Do :
- Move trailers on site as well as to the companys offsite warehouse or other locations as needed (our drivers are home every night).
- Load / unload trucks, complete appropriate paperwork and record keeping to manage and track inventory moves.
- Stage outbound deliveries.
- Assist with managing warehouse inventory.
- General housekeeping / 5S duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Assist with Probox shipping container wash and inspection.
- Inspect and repair pallets to ensure they are suitable for use.
- Operate a forklift.
- Comply with safety and operational policies and practices.
- Various other duties as assigned.
Education :
You have a high school diploma / GED.What Skills You Need :
You have a valid DOT, CDL (class A) driver's license.You have 2 years CDL driving experience with 48 ft (or longer) trailer.You are experienced and comfortable with using computers to check email, complete training, manage inventory, etc.You are always willing to help out and physical work like bending, lifting, twisting and repetitive motion isnt a problem for youPassing by a team member struggling to lift something? Safety is your top priority and you are willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations to help your colleague and / or perform necessary job tasks!You have forklift driving experience.You have good communication skills and are able to read write and speak English fluently to ensure full understanding of all safety training.You value safety so you always comply with safety / operating policies and procedures.You work well independently as well as in a team setting and value a positive respectful work environment.You are willing and able to work overtime hours as needed.Benefits How We'll Support You :
