Structural Engineer

Innovative Midwest engineering firm is hiring a Structural Engineer to join their team!

Responsibilities :

• Plans schedules conducts and / or coordinates engineering work for a wide range of project types and materials
• Perform conventional engineering duties as well as more complex tasks (conflicting design requirements unsuitability of conventional materials difficult coordination requirements
• Prepare structural calculations and plan layouts
• Perform construction administration tasks including completing RFI s submittal review and site observation visits
• Comply with project schedules
• Monitor project progress using input from Project Manager
• Represent firm at external meetings
• May supervise / train junior staff

Requirements :

Salary is commensurate with experience.
