Description :

Our client is currently seeking a Project Architect to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include :

• Plans, organizes, and manages the work of the project team.
• Maintains a collaborative working relationship with consultants and ensures the staff is properly mentored.
• Tracks project budgets, fees, and scheduling.
• Maintenance of an efficient and positive work environment.
• Ensuring the firms procedures are followed.
• Refining of firm procedures.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s, or master’s in architecture.

7 years of experience in architectural design, including 3 years of project management.

Strong knowledge of design, trends, and construction methodology.

Proficiency in Revit and Photoshop are a must.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Knowledgeable of construction documents.
