RN ER -  Goodland, KS

Night 3x12-Hour

Unit Specifics :

Primary unit : Emergency Room (ER)

May float to : Med-Surg

Staff expected to work both ER and Med-Surg, depending on daily needs

Some shifts may involve more Med-Surg than ER – please clarify this with your HCP

Requirements & Preferences :

No mileage restrictions

Prefer previous travel experience (but open to first-time travelers)

May consider candidates with less than 3 years of experience

EMR : Athena

No specific scrub color required

Covid vaccine exemptions accepted

Flu vaccine not required

Certifications Required :

BLS

ACLS

PALS

TNCC

Staffing & Ratios :

Nurse-to-patient ratio : usually 1 : 3, max 1 : 5

Team on the floor : 2 nurses, 1 CNA, and 1 unit secretary

LPNs also used on the unit
