1st Shift - Auto Mechanic

Position : Auto Mechanic Shift : 1st Shift / Flexible hours Wages : $15.00 - $35.00 / hour depending on experience Summary : We are looking for an Auto Mechanic to join our reputable team in Slinger, WI. This is a full-time, onsite role performing basic car maintenance to diagnostics, keeping cars safe and reliable for our customers. Role Description

• Inspecting and maintaining various vehicle systems, performing suspension work, and ensuring vehicle safety.
• The role requires hands-on technical work and a strong understanding of automotive systems.
• Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, brake jobs, fluid services, tire rotation, etc.)
• Complete mechanical repairs including suspension work, belt and hose replacement, cooling systems, exhaust, and minor engine repairs
• Assist with diagnostics using scan tools and testing equipment
• Perform vehicle inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs
• Interpret work orders and follow procedures to meet manufacturer and industry standards
• Communicate repair needs clearly to service advisors and other team members
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety guidelines
• Keep up with training and advancements in automotive technology
