Utility Position Available for Immediate Hire

Hours : 5 : 30amp - 2 : 00pm Monday through Friday

Compensation : $22 / hr

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor / Utilities professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning and maintenance services across various environments.

Responsibilities for this position include :

• Indoor / Outdoor Cleaning
• Emptying trash bins from hoppers (40+lbs.)
• Remove residual debris from the hopper
• Maintain cleanliness of all docks
• Keep parking lot free of trash
• Recycling cardboard
• Stripping / Waxing floors
• Window cleaning
