Hey Interventional Radiology Tech, here is the description and requirements for this position : \n\n \n\n - Tues-Fri, 7a-6p. No Weekends, no on- call\n\n- 40hrs / week\n\n- Daily Caseload : 10-15 cases\n\n- 13 weeks\n\n \n\n Requirements :   \n\n- 2+ Years required\n\n- First Time Travelers accepted dependent on experience\n\n- No floating required\n\n -BLS / CPR Required, CT and or RVT (Preferred) -License Required : ARRT and WV State License -100mi.\n\n- Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)\n\n- Pending State License accepted : Can submit with pending license but must have active\n\n- WV license in hand to start assignment\n\n- No RTO restrictions - discuss with manager in interview\n\n -Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm\n\n- Flu Shot : Required, medical proof of exception required if not(allergy)\n\n- Covid Vaccine not required\n\n \n\n Submission requirements :   \n\n - ONE PDF MUST CONTAIN : Candidate profile (work history), Specialty specific skills checklist, Min. 2 Mgr / Charge References (within past 2yrs.), RN Lic. verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of sub date – clean lic. required – hits submitted for case-by-case basis approval), Driver's License, SSN.
