Key Responsibilities :

Prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
Ensure all banquet areas are clean, organized, and presentable before, during, and after events
Assist with setting up audio-visual equipment and other event-specific needs
Collaborate with catering and event staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety in all banquet areas
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction throughout events

Skills and Qualifications :

Previous experience in banquet setup, hospitality, or event services preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical stamina to lift, move, and arrange furniture and equipment
