Job descriptionOperate industrial tools and equipment to process electrical materials Use forklifts and material handlers to move heavy loads Perform cutting, dismantling, and processing of electrical components Follow strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment Work independently and as part of a high-performing team 1+ years of industrial, mechanical, or skilled labor experience required Experience operating heavy equipment required (e.g., forklifts, skid steers, material handlers, or overhead cranes) Ability to lift and handle heavy materials throughout the shift Strong work ethic and reliability Active Driver's License preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, stable work with overtime opportunities Advancement potential grow into lead and specialized roles Work with a company that values safety, skill, and career growth
