Step into the Fab : A Day in This Role

You arrive on-site in Sugar Land, suit up, and step into a spotless cleanroom. Your morning begins by bringing semiconductor fabrication tools online, checking logs, and verifying parameters against SOPs. Throughout the day, you carefully handle wafers and components, support production runs, and jump in with basic troubleshooting or preventative maintenance to keep schedules and quality on track. When issues arise, you collaborate with the team to resolve them quickly and safely.

  • Compensation : $14–$23 per hour, depending on experience
  • Hours : Full-time, on-site
  • Duration : Temporary-to-Permanent

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and sustain semiconductor fabrication equipment to meet production targets.
  • Handle delicate wafers and microelectronic components with precision and care.
  • Follow SOPs and cleanroom protocols to maintain a controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and equipment upkeep alongside the engineering / maintenance team.
  • Support build schedules and adhere to quality requirements across every step.
  • What You Bring

  • 1–3 years in manufacturing, assembly, or medical device work (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and steady hands.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Compliance

    Legal Right to Work : U.S. work authorization required.
