Market Director of People Services - Lake Havasu City, AZ
Full time permanent onsite role.
Salary - $110,000 to $126,000 / year
Sign-on bonus $10k-$15k
Must-Haves
Prior experience in a Human Resources director role
At least four years professional human resources experience within a healthcare setting
Employee relations experience
Nice-To-Haves
Prior human resources experience working in a hospital / acute care setting

Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards.
Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education
Experience :
Must have at least four years of professional Human Resources experience within a healthcare setting

Works in well-lit, ventilated and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts.
In hospital environment, may be exposed to hazards and unusual elements, which may include but are not limited to bloodborne pathogens and / or contagious illnesses, toxic chemicals, and biohazardous materials which may require extensive safety precautions and the use of protective equipment.
Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office and / or hospital environment.
Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and / or air.
