We are currently looking for aDirector of Facilities at Stone Creek Non-Congregate Shelter

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Facilities willestablisha comprehensivesystem formonitoring and managing Stone Creekproperty, compliancerequirements,as well ascoordination of resources needed to successfullyoperate the physicalbuilding(s). This positionis responsible forthe implementationof best practicesand quality control of the hotel residences andall aspects ofmaintaining a safe building. The position will include oversight of external contractors as well as coordination with the Department of Housing Stability (HOST), City General Services / Real Estate department staff and other city partners.
This position works collaboratively with guests, SFC services staff,partner agencies, communityentities,and otherstakeholdersto ensure guestslive in a safe and clean setting that reflects the caring and peaceful environmentexpectedby our agency. This position must be committed to working toward the overarching goal of helping guestsobtain their individual goals leading tohousing, while balancing the need tomaintainasafe andfully functioning well-cared for facility.
The Director of Facilities must be skilled intheimplementation and management of data programs; compliance requirementsin non-congregate shelter, social services orsimilarsystems of monitoring;and ensuring compliance withprogram standards. TheDirector mustdemonstratetheability to negotiate successfully with the various partners in our service delivery.
