Health Economist Consultant

A company is looking for a Technical Expert / Consultant in Health Economics and Health Financing.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical advisory on strategic planning, policy formulation, and review for health and immunization strategies

Conduct evidence generation and health economics research, including cost-effectiveness analyses and efficiency evaluations

Support domestic resource mobilization through fiscal space analyses and public financial management assessments in the health sector

Required Qualifications

Advanced university degree in health economics, public financial management, or public administration

Experience in health economics and health financing, with varying levels based on consultancy level (2-10+ years)

Knowledge of cost analysis, economic evaluation, and public financial management within the health sector

Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information from multiple sources

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-cultural environments
