Nurse Practitioner (Remote in CA)

This position is full-time

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner who lives in CA with a CA license to provide medical chart review for chronic care patients. The is a fully remote role with no patient engagement. We are looking for empathetic providers that are enthusiastic about their patient's health. We specialize in engaging and caring for the top 1% highest utilizing Medicaid patients.

Compensation and Benefits for Nurse Practitioner

Salary - 120K - 160K
3 weeks PTO and 401K
Health insurance covered by the employer.

Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner

Review electronic medical records of patients with chronic illness

Provide suggestions on chronic care management plans

Participate in discussions with team members documentation and treatment plans

Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner

Current Nurse Practitioner licensure / Master's in nursing

Proficiency in medical record review

California State Nurse Practitioner licensure
