Location : Woodinville, WA (hybrid / onsite as required)

Employment Type : W2, Part-Time to Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Associate Clinician to join our group practice as a W2 employee. This position is ideal for pre-licensed therapists who are eager to grow in a supportive, team-based environment while accruing hours toward independent licensure. The Associate Clinician will provide therapy services under supervision, while developing professional and clinical competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy services under clinical supervision.
• Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
• Participate in weekly individual and / or group supervision with an approved supervisor.
• Attend team meetings and monthly CE / professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure client care continuity.
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in client care.
