Associate Attorney

Job Description

Our client, a growing Asiatown-based civil litigation firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. The firm primarily handles personal injury, commercial / insurance disputes, and family law cases.

This role offers the opportunity to manage cases from start to finish, gain hands-on trial experience, and work closely with an experienced attorney mentor in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil litigation, from case development to trial.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
