Our 1st shift warehouse associates work Monday-Friday 7am-3 : 30pm, with the potential for overtime.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling all inbound and outbound orders in accordance with GBS standards. This role ensures proper unloading, verification, storage, and picking of materials while maintaining a safe and organized distribution environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unload inbound freight safely and efficiently.
• Operate dock locks or other equipment to secure trucks during loading / unloading.
• Verify all incoming materials, including addresses, product numbers, and revision dates.
• Accurately pick and pull release orders, ensuring correct quantities are fulfilled.
• Inspect and document material conditions upon receipt.
• Properly operate and maintain material handling equipment.
• Follow all documented work instructions and procedures for the distribution center.
• Maintain accurate records by initialing releases and updating inventory systems.
• Immediately report issues or discrepancies to Distribution Center Management and / or the Production Coordinator.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the inventory management system.
