Job descriptionPerforms routine indexing procedures for Claims and Underwriting scanned mail and all electronic emails Perform document preparation, scanning and imaging audit duties Assemble policy / billing documents and prepare for shipment Distribute daily mail and deliveries from courier; collect interoffice mail Prepare certified and other special mailings and maintain proof of receipt Maintain and operate mailroom equipment, and warehouse file management Monitor funding for the postage meter account, submitting disbursements of funds Notary Public - Certified Underwriting Policies and various company notary duties High School Diploma required; Notary Public preferred Proficient operations of modern mailroom equipment; business-based computer processing systems along with Microsoft Office Productivity Applications Must possess a positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills High-quality clerical, organization, and time management skills Experience in mailroom services and / or Insurance Industry a plus Background check, education verification and credit check required
