About the Role

We are in search of an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be instrumental in driving financial excellence and strategic growth within our organization. As a vital partner to the CEO and Board, you will take charge of modernizing our financial framework, establishing robust financial controls, streamlining processes, and implementing data-driven reporting strategies that align with our ambitious growth plans.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a CFO in a PE-backed environment, particularly within consumer goods or apparel sectors, and will have a deep understanding of international business management and M&A operations. You will lead the charge in optimizing our operational efficiencies, spearheading mergers and acquisitions, and nurturing a high-caliber finance team.

Your contributions will be critical as we transition towards a PE-backed growth model, focusing on doubling revenue, enhancing direct-to-consumer channels, and exploring strategic M&A opportunities. The challenges ahead include modernizing our reporting processes, deploying a new ERP system, and elevating the performance of our international operations.
