A company is looking for an Operations Associate to provide administrative assistance and operational support to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support to the Director of Operations and the Operations team
Contact customers regarding accounts receivable and manage communications for senior leadership
Perform routine data entry, generate reports, and organize meetings and events
Required Qualifications
Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
Initiative and adaptability to changing priorities
Capability to assess knowledge and ask questions when needed
Good sense of humor
