Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Federal Program Manager to join our mission-driven organization. As a Federal Program Manager, you will take the lead in managing and executing program initiatives, ensuring we meet our goals within the defined scope, timeline, and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of federal program management and project management, demonstrating the ability to navigate the complexities of a highly regulated environment with ease. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with diverse teams, including internal stakeholders and external client partners. Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approaches and industry-standard program management practices will be key to your success in this role.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
