Job Description
Skillbridge Academy is seeking a refined and results-driven Public Relations Associate to support the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels in crafting compelling narratives, managing stakeholder relationships, and enhancing brand reputation through structured and impactful outreach.
The Public Relations Associate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment, consistency, and excellence across all communication channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement public relations strategies aligned with company objectives
Draft and edit press releases, media materials, corporate statements, and internal communications
Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, partners, and stakeholders
Monitor public perception and provide strategic recommendations to enhance brand positioning
Coordinate promotional events, speaking engagements, and public appearances
Support crisis communication planning and response initiatives
Track and analyze communication performance metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
Ability to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail
Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
