LanceSoft is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Little Rock, Arkansas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 01 / 05 / 2026 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Job Description – Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Shift : 7 : 00p–7 : 30a, 3×12 hr shifts / week Key Responsibilities Provide respiratory care in ED and PICU. Float to other pediatric units as needed. Use EPIC for documentation. Maintain dependable attendance (more than 3 call-offs in 13 weeks = termination). Requirements License : Must be RRT (CRT not accepted). Experience : Required ED & PICU experience. Certifications : RRT required; NPS preferred. Scheduling : Manager / scheduler assigned—no self-scheduling. Holidays : Required as needed.
