Job description

Nurse Practitioner (Remote in CA)

This position is full-time

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner who lives in CA with a CA license to provide medical chart review for chronic care patients. The is a fully remote role with no patient engagement. We are looking for empathetic providers that are enthusiastic about their patient’s health. We specialize in engaging and caring for the top 1% highest utilizing Medicaid patients.

Compensation and Benefits for Nurse Practitioner

  • Salary - 120K - 160K
  • 3 weeks PTO and 401K
  • Health insurance covered by the employer.

Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner

  • Review electronic medical records of patients with chronic illness
  • Provide suggestions on chronic care management plans
  • Participate in discussions with team members documentation and treatment plans

    • Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner

  • Current Nurse Practitioner licensure / Master’s in nursing
  • Proficiency in medical record review
  • California State Nurse Practitioner licensure
